  • Presence of risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease

Psychological signs

How we can help

Many employers provide their employees with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a free and confidential service connecting you to a qualified professional who can provide supportive counselling. EAPs often have a limited number of sessions available and will not usually be a long-term solution for people with chronic work-related stress issues.

However, at Clearview Pathway, we do not limit the number of sessions we provide to our clients. During our sessions, we will work with you to help you (1) learn to identify your physical, psychological and behavioural signs of stress and (2) develop skills such as relaxation, communication, assertiveness and time management to better manage your stress.

We will also support you with making positive lifestyle changes, such as increasing physical exercise/spending more time outdoors, to reduce the impact of work-related stress.
